Contingent Workforce Manager
Jobdescription

For the Global Engineering Workforce Team we are looking for a Contingent Workforce Manager.

The job is temporary for minimum 12 month, with the possibility to extend.

  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders involved in contingent workforce process
  • Sourcing and management of contingent workers for CAPEX projects and supporting functions
  • Manage candidate life cycle (from application to onboarding)
  • Perform candidate offers including vendor rate negotiation
  • Documentation repository management in alignment with corporate policies
  • Engaging and managing contingent workers vendor base (agencies, engineering firms, etc.)
  • Lead supplier contracting including frame agreements, labor lease & services agreements
  • Contribute to the contingent workforce talent management
  • Contribute to contingent workforce planning & compensation strategy
  • Coaching and training of hiring managers on all aspects and processes of contingent workforce
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor legislation
  • Maintaining and updating records of contingent workforce data
  • Troubleshooting and follow-up of daily contingent workers requests
  • Collaborate within team to review and enhance strategies and processes
  • Participate to the definition and implementation of VMS/HRIS tools
Functie-eisen
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management or a staffing agency
  • Hybrid, able to work min. 30% onsite in Visp
  • Deep knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes and best practices
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related roles strongly advantageous
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with HRIS and other workforce management tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
