HR Assistant 50% (French and English) - 6 months
- HR Absence Management:
- Manage daily staff requests in time management systems, ensuring adherence to internal rules and processes.
- Provide first-level support to staff on using time management systems effectively.
- HR Administration:
- Organize the induction process for new staff, coordinating the internal agenda and arranging induction sessions.
- Coordinate administrative processes for staff departures.
- Prepare and submit insurance statements and issue various certificates (employment, exoneration, etc.).
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist HR recruiters by posting job adverts across different channels.
- Coordinate the scheduling and invitation of candidates for interviews, and follow up on interview outcomes with candidates or recruitment agencies.
- HR Documentation:
- Circulate and maintain updated HR information, documenting internal procedures upon request.
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role in Switzerland.
- Familiarity with HR software and time management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Our client is an international company based in Geneva.
This role is a part time one at 50% on 4 or 5 days per week.
Temporary role at 50%.
