Your Skill Set

• A degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferred in business, IT, engineering, business information systems or a digital discipline.
• More than 7 years of experience in process consulting and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Relevant experience in SAP supply chain and logistics modules and a profound understanding of the related business processes.
• Innovative mindset and previous exposure to GenAI and Cloud is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, with commitment to professional excellence.
• Team player and ready to take on responsibility on projects and to foster innovative solutions.
• Relevant leadership experience which includes coaching, managing engagement teams and client relation management.
• Fluent in German and in English (both spoken and written), working knowledge of French is a plus.
• Flexible to work on engagements in other parts of Switzerland and/or abroad and a valid work permit.
