- Serving as a subject matter expert you will be responsible fo all areas related to Total Rewards by providing direction on compensation, benefits and global mobility.
- Working closely with our CHRO and Business Leadership you design and drive the Total Rewards strategy by delivering fair, flexible and compliant total rewards solutions that reflect and facilitate the C&B’s cost, talent and business objectives.
- You will work across multiple regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC and US) which requires in-depth knowledge of best practices and expertise on competition and market differentiators in collaboration with local HR Business Partners.
- Part of your tasks will be writing the Annual Compensation report
- Preparing budgets and writing reports, statistics and presentations for Executives, the finance department and Company internal and external auditors
- 10 years of experience within a Total Rewards role or other significant strategic role within an Executive HR team
- Fluent in English is a must, German a benefit
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in communication with board of directors, executive leadership but also junior employees
- High customer service orientation and can establish a connection within all levels of the organization
- You are technically strong with expert knowledge of reward practices in multinational environments, bringing the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and results
