Responsibilities:
- Support the definition, design, and implementation of the Group’s transfer pricing model and documentation.
- Develop analyses, reports, and policies in line with international transfer pricing regulations.
- Manage and review inter-company transaction pricing within the Group.
- Negotiate with tax authorities to optimize the Group's fiscal position and minimize tax risks.
- Ensure compliance with international transfer pricing laws and capitalize on financial benefits from the Company's international presence.
- Handle Tax Audits, litigations, and compliance, engaging directly with local fiscal authorities and advisors.
- Provide strategic guidelines for litigation management to protect the Company's P&L and reputation.
- Offer tax support for extraordinary operations or projects, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Collaborate with Group Legal, Treasury, and Financial departments for strategic corporate planning.
- Analyze tax laws to advise on efficient corporate tax structures, supply chain models, and indirect tax setups.
- Oversee tax compliance procedures and risk assessment controls, coordinating with local finance and operational teams.
- Monitor the development of significant tax accounting items, ensuring alignment with the Group's tax strategy.
Profile:
- Master’s degree in Tax Law/ Economics or equivalent education required
- 10-15 years of experience with tax in an international environment
- Good understanding of local cultures and tax environments in several different jurisdictions
- Organizational awareness, thorough understanding of Group Tax Management processes and principles with wide expertise of business best practices.
- Proven ability to manage a small team of tax managers
- Fluent in English
