Senior Finance & Accounting – Geneva (B2B Travel / Tech)

AIC Travel Group SA, an international company active for over 20 years in the B2B travel sector, with a strong technological component (automated processes + Odoo ERP), is looking for a:

Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

100% – On-site Position (Geneva)

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise general and analytical accounting
• Lead and support the administrative/accounting team
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Preparation of annual accounts and coordination with auditors
• Full management of Swiss VAT (TVA) and all fiscal compliance
• Banking and investor relations
• Advanced use of Odoo (accounting & ERP)
• Financial analysis and continuous process optimisation
• Reconciliations, A/R and A/P control, closing entries

Requirements

• Proven experience as senior accountant / finance manager
• Team management skills
• International background is essential
• Experience in B2B environments or tech-driven companies
• Strong knowledge of Swiss VAT (TVA)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong ability to manage high email volume, documentation and data
• Proactive, precise, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to professionally represent the company with banks and investors
• Experience with Odoo (or strong ability to learn quickly)
