Brand Ambassador Project Leader
- Develop and implement Brand Ambassador strategies and initiatives to support Communications and Marketing objectives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Brand Ambassadors, serving as their primary point of contact for their teams
- Coordinate all the Brand Ambassadors’ daily requests
- Contract monitoring
- Coordinate Brand Ambassador activities and campaigns – close relationship with PR, Digital and Events teams
- Monitor and analyze the performance of Brand Ambassador programs, leveraging data and insights to optimize strategies, measure impact, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or a related field
- Proven experience in Brand Ambassador program, communication strategy, or related roles, preferably within a corporate or agency setting
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in identifying, recruiting, and activating Brand Ambassador
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and derive actionable insights
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation
