Assistant Private Banking in Geneva

Our client, a prestigious Private Bank in Geneva, is looking for a Russian and English speaking experienced Private Banking Assistant in Geneva.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle account openings, closings, archiving, scanning, and filing of correspondence
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding investment performance and address any issues or complaints promptly
• Professionally manage client queries via email, telephone, etc.
• Ensure high-quality client reporting and resolve any related issues
• Assist in business development efforts, including preparing presentations and marketing materials
• Support the implementation of sales process reporting procedures
• Assist Relationship Managers in providing quality service to clients and increasing assets and revenue
• Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Branch Manager
• Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the manager is well-prepared
• Monitor cash positions and manage maturities for non-managed clients
• Undertake specific projects, research, and support marketing events
• Train new assistants.

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Private Banking Assistant in Switzerland
• Commercial School education, preferably with a bank apprenticeship
• Familiarity with FATCA, Taxes, KYC, and Cross-Border regulations
• Proficiency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work well in a team, under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and integrated thinking abilities
