Event and Training Coordinator (m/f/d)
- Assisting the department remotely with administrative tasks and inquiries from training centers.
- Managing customer training information requests.
- Assisting in organising training events, if needed.
- Contributing to updating client training-related documents.
- Participating in region and manager phone calls by summarising information for team follow-up.
- Experience as an event coordinator.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining focused and effective.
- Meticulous, organised, and capable problem-solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Availability for occasional travel up to 15%.
