Digital Transformation Director HR Bayer Consumer Health

 

Major Tasks:

  • Lead the definition of digital capabilities/skills for Consumer Health
  • Identify and implement a framework to assess, train and develop our Top Leaders (e.g. leadership boot camp on digital, digital crash course training, acceleration programs)
  • Define the global framework / People Game Plan
  • Own the People Game Plan for Digital within Consumer Health
  • Support and work closely with the markets while implementing the game plan
  • Define and measure KPIs to check progress of digital transformation and identify measures to drive the success
  • Identify Quick Wins such as upgrade of technology skills
  • Partner with the HR Community within Consumer Health Corporate and relevant colleagues in PH and CS to drive the digital transformation in CH
  • Lead the people digital transformation CH
  • Represent People in the overall digital transformation of CH
  • Represent the project and provide updates / report-outs to the CH EXCO and CH HRLT
  • Support the Work-stream Leads to accelerate the digital transformation journey
  • Be a strong interface to the corresponding Corporate HR functions that are involved in driving the digital agenda
  • Develop partnerships and relationships with peers in other Bayer divisions (CH, PH, CF) to begin transmission of new HR techniques to other divisions and throughout global HR Position

 

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business or similar discipline with several year's of experience working in a multinational environment
  • Expertise in transformational global projects
  • Expertise in cross-functional Project Management
  • Business acumen, solution and result oriented attitude
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills (verbal and written), to interact effectively and efficiently across different layers of a global organization
  • Innovative thinker, action oriented and solution minded team player
  • High degree of self-management, enthusiasm, drive to perform
  • Strategic project/change management experience within a matrix environment
  • Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities
  • Ability to operate in an environment of rapidly changing priorities
