Projekt: For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Professional Project Manager

Background:
A top priority for Procurement in 2020 is our digital transformation. Through the implementation of an end-to-end cloud based procurement solution and in combination with tailored content to enable self-serve and automation as well as new ways of working, we are evolving our overall procurement capabilities and delivery to our business stakeholders. This represents a significant change for both Procurement employees and end users of procurement services across the business. This Project Manager role will support two workstreams across the digital transformation program: Adoption and Content. The Adoption team is responsible for all change management, engagement, communications and training activities helping to drive adoption of the new processes, systems and ways of working. The Content team is responsible to identify, develop and implement sourcing, contracting and buying content in the system. This includes anything from RFx templates and guidelines to contract clauses to catalogs or forms to buying guidance & instructions and demand intake forms. As Project Manager you will work closely with both the Adoption and Content workstreams, consisting of internal and external members, to drive consistent project management practices and oversight across the project. You will support both workstreams in formalizing a consistent project plan to be aligned with the overall myBuy program practices. You will be in charge to track and monitor status and progress of each of the workstreams activities and report it the program PMO. You will stay aligned to the overall program PMO to ensure program milestones and project management practices are followed.

Professional and technical requirements:
- Provide project management support to the Adoption and Content workstream leads and teams and streamline the delivery for both workstreams
- Own and manage the related project plans
- Facilitate workstream meetings, including weekly status, daily standups, as well as forward looking and retrospective activities
- Work closely with program PMO to ensure milestones, reporting, and other deliverables are met
- Support teams as needed with development of related topics, e.g. deployment concepts and planning, cross-workstream concepts and interactions
- Build effective relationships across with adoption, content and technology workstreams
- Work closely with internal GP colleagues, business stakeholders and external consultants involved into the project
- Provide general project support where needed
- Document and monitor identified risks
- Coordinate (and/or) draft workstream materials like related communications, slides, and team report-outs
- Support the teams in generating relevant KPIs

Must Have Skills:
- University degree, with business related degree preferable
- Business level fluency in English
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Excellent gSuite and Smartsheet skills

Nice to Have Skills:
- Project Management certification preferred / PMO experience with a recognized consulting company
- Scrum master experience preferred
- Ability to work in a complex and agile project environment
- Ability to cope with uncertainty and change
- Self-driven and able to deliver against tight timelines
- Experience setting up and using Smartsheet for project management purposes
- Experience working with Trello and Jamboard preferred
- Pragmatic and well-organized
- Ability to influence and manage a diverse set of stakeholders
- Strategic and/or operational procurement experience preferred but not essential
- Intermediate level of seniority and experience in coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders
- High level understanding of user adoption and organizational change management
