
For our exclusive client, a top runner in the Family Office business, we are looking for someone to fill the Trust Officer (m/w/d) position. You will support mandate-specific activities and manage the day-to-day correspondence with a vastly diverse and global clientele. Your Duties
- Ensuring overall support to partners and clients
- Opening Accounts and handling full onboarding lifecycle
- Preparing and post- processing structured accounts
- Managing the setting-up of structures
- Setting up payment orders, minutes as well as resolutions
- Providing administrative support for foundation and trust structures
- Overseeing and monitoring transactions
- Preparing mandate audits as well as compliance reviews
- Handling phone correspondence with clients and external service providers
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or comparable Degree (i.e. Commercial Apprenticeship)
- Minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably in banking, asset management or fiduciary with a focus on trust administration
- Sound knowledge in the usage of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Word, Excel)
- You're eager to work within a team and are equipped with an agile mindset as well as strong communication skills
- You're a down-to-earth character with a hands-on attitude and are known for your assertive, commited way of working
- Business proficient English skills are mandatory, any further language skills are a plus
