The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, who can effectively assess training needs and create engaging learning experiences.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on various topics
- Utilize multimedia tools and technology to enhance training delivery and engagement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and equipment preparation.
- Collaborate with external training providers and vendors as needed.
- Language capabilities in two or three of the Swiss national languages (French, German, Italian)
- Training competences with a professional certificate
- Communication and organizational skills (e.g. if need to book meeting rooms)
- Be located in Switzerland and mobile across the country
