The largest recruitment platform in Switzerland is looking for a motivated self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats at the same time: This role is suitable for a focused, commercially thinking Product Manager with excellent communication skills who enjoys building strong relationships with internal sales and support teams just as much as negotiating with their technical counterpart in the scrum team to find overall win-win solutions.

- Analyse and optimise the candidate selection experience for our B2B customers to ensure every open position is filled with the right coworker
- Work closely with UX research teams to understand customer needs
- Own the roadmap of high value deliverables for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, support, sales and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutions
- Build and maintain close relationships with the product team coworkers and stakeholders across the company
- Assess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace, SaaS and/or recruiting environments
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment
- Commercial mind-set and professional relationship building skills
- Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge in identifying and driving success
- Proficient in English and French, German is a plus
