ICT Solution Architect - Permanent position - Remote in Switzerland only

The department's main tasks include the operation and further development of the global ICT application landscape and infrastructure. Another focus is on implementing modern technologies to optimize business processes and drive digital transformation.

This is what the position offers you

• As a solution architect, you are responsible for the planning and design of innovative and efficient software and middleware solutions. This includes the SAP S/4 HANA area with several plants and international branches as well as surrounding on-premise & cloud systems as well as other applications that are in the broad value chain of our client (including manufacturing, marketing, sales, service, finance and HR ) can be used
• You are part of the Architecture Governance Board, advise the Client Group 's departments and management proactively and on an equal footing, validate and evaluate technical requirements and continuously develop and optimize the system landscape and the associated business processes
• You independently observe new technological developments in your area of ??responsibility and evaluate them with regard to the added value for our departments
• You are not afraid to contribute your expertise and innovative ideas to upcoming projects

This is what you bring to the job

• You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or have received further training in a comparable discipline
• You have several years of experience as a solution architect in a comparable position and know the challenges of a manufacturing company
• You have the ability to grasp complex relationships and present them simply and understandably
• Experience in agile working methods (SAFe or similar) and with international branches is an advantage
• Your very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English completes your profile
