To strengthen our Financial Services team, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Director Wealth and Asset Management (m/f/d) in Geneva

Job Responsibilities

Project

• Assess client challenges, and develop a framework to solve issues and meet objectives
• Deliver executable advice on a strategic, business model, or operating model dimensions
• Ensure top-notch quality of the deliverables
• Lead client presentations and workshops
• Develop project plan, manage project execution, and support implementation

Management

• Manage client stakeholders
• Build and organize a multidisciplinary delivery team
• Leverage global Capgemini assets and capabilities
• Coach, empower, and upskill consultants

Business development

• Develop and leverage your external and internal network to spot and grow opportunities
• Develop end-to-end commercial proposals
• Manage client relationships during and after the engagement
• Contribute to our service offering development

• Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a renowned University, Business School, or University of Applied Sciences in the field of (business) informatics, business administration, financial services, or economics. Relevant further education (Ph.D., MBA, CFA, CAIA, PMP) is a plus.
• Industry knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Swiss wealth and asset management industry on topics such as:
  
  • Growth strategy, client segmentation, and value proposition
  • Omni-channel client servicing strategies
  • Operational efficiency, cost reduction, process & organization optimization
  • Target operating model, outsourcing & near-/offshoring of operations
  • Innovation, digital and data transformation
  • Regulatory transformation
• Business development: Active client network in Switzerland, with a firm appetite for sales, and proven experience in identifying and developing opportunities, including commercial proposal construction.
• Leadership experience: Experienced in management with proven leadership skills and high emotional intelligence. Confidence and maturity to work with senior management
• Consulting experience:  7+ years of experience in Consulting for financial institutions and committed to the pursuit of a professional career in management consulting.
• Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation. Rigorous, autonomous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English and French (written and spoken), German is a strong plus. Strong presentation and moderation skills.
• Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
• Cultural fit: high reliability and flexibility. Team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
