Description
- Lead the software engineering team and oversee all related projects and strategies
- Strategize and manage financial, human, and material resources effectively
- Managing and evaluating direct reports, and optimizing talent acquisition and retention process
- Manage, monitor and enhance the computing platform that the company uses (including integration with ERP systems and manufacturing processes)
- Take ownership of all software and tools developed by the company
- Collaborate closely with key opinion leaders
- Ensure the certification compliance of the company's software
Profile
- At least 10 years of experience in software development
- at least 5 years of people management experience
- Experience in medical devices sector highly recommended
- Strong people manager skills with proven capability to empower, motivate and develop others
- Fluency in English & French - mandatory
