Exciting Opportunity within an international bank! - IT Support Level 2 - Permanent position 100%
We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Support Level 2 professional to join our team on a full-time permanent contract in Geneva. As part of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our 150 associates across the bank.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing desk support for Level 2 IT matters
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborating with team members in Geneva and across Europe
- Ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and equipment
- Delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
We have outlined the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support
- Very good knowledge of MS Windows Platforms, Windows 11 and Office 365
- Fluent in English, any other language an asset
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of IT systems and equipment
- Relevant certifications in IT support or related field (preferred)
